The Head of Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining and executing a marketing strategy that resonates with a mid-to-enterprise audience. Reporting to senior leadership and working alongside key stakeholders, this individual will bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution to elevate the brand and contribute to the company’s growth trajectory.

 

Head of Marketing (Accounting SaaS) - Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and retention across a range of channels.

  • Refine the brand's positioning and messaging, ensuring clear, targeted communications that resonate with CFOs and finance professionals.

  • Oversee digital marketing and content efforts, leading SEO initiatives, content production, and paid media to boost brand presence and web traffic.

  • Collaborate with product teams to launch and promote solutions tailored to finance functions in mid-to-enterprise organisations.

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering an environment focused on innovation, accountability, and results.

  • Set and analyse marketing KPIs, monitor metrics, and report on campaign performance to senior management.

  • Build and oversee a partnership strategy, fostering relationships with key partners to expand the company’s market reach and customer base.

  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and professionalism across all marketing communications and materials.

 

 

Head of Marketing (Accounting SaaS) - Qualifications:

 

  • 6+ years of marketing experience within the Accounting SaaS sector, ideally with exposure to accounting or finance technology solutions.

  • A proven track record of successfully designing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth in mid-to-enterprise B2B markets.

  • Strong understanding of the needs of finance professionals, including CFOs and finance departments, particularly in mid and large-scale organisations.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing), CRM systems, and analytics tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to work at both strategic and practical levels, with a strong capacity for creating in-house campaigns and leading teams.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong decision-making abilities with meticulous attention to data, metrics, and reporting.
