The Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. This is a consultative sales role, where your ability to understand clientsneeds and present tailored software solutions will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in the logistics and transport sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase software capabilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

About You

  • Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a hunter mentality.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a structured sales process.
  • Knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry is highly desirable.
