What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the complete B2B sales process: from outbound lead generation through to closing new business.
- Prospect, qualify, pitch, and convert leads into long-term customers in the logistics technology sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs and industry challenges.
- Work closely with marketing and account management teams to deliver a seamless client journey.
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and track key sales metrics.
- Consistently exceed targets and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or logistics technology.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales management roles.
- Deep understanding of logistics, fleet management, or transport tech solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to tailor pitches to senior stakeholders.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently and remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
