Senior Account Manager

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in the office)
Salary: £42,000 - £47,500 + uncapped commission

Role Overview:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to provide strategic solutions and ensure client success, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Close sales opportunities and achieve quarterly revenue targets within your account base.

  • Account Management: Focus on managing and expanding key and development accounts with significant revenue growth potential.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop structured growth plans for each account, including decision-maker mapping and understanding organizational structures.

  • Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for client needs internally and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Forecasting & CRM: Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts in CRM (Salesforce) to provide visibility on monthly and quarterly revenue projections.

  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with marketing, training, and integration teams to drive account success through targeted campaigns and tailored programs.

  • Revenue Expansion: Identify opportunities to convert ad-hoc purchases into long-term recurring revenue contracts.

Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

  • Experience managing high-value accounts and driving significant revenue growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen and experience securing contracts over £50k in value.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales tools to track performance and client engagement.
