The Product Operations Specialist will be instrumental in driving operational excellence across three key areas: Prompt Engineering for AI agents, data labelling and categorisation, and evaluation processes. Joining this very early-stage start-up vendor, you’ll be part of an ambitious team looking to disrupt the accounting industry with cutting-edge AI solutions. We’re seeking a driven individual who shares our vision and is passionate about transforming the accounting landscape through AI. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from an accounting background or have worked for an AccounTech vendor.
Product Operations Specialist – (Accounting AI) - Key Responsibilities
Prompt Engineering for AI Agents:
Design, refine, and test prompts to optimise AI performance and outputs for accounting use cases.
Data Labelling and Categorisation:
Oversee data preparation workflows, ensuring accuracy and relevance for machine learning models.
Evaluation Processes:
Monitor AI performance metrics and lead initiatives to improve system accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive alignment across operational initiatives.
Implement and document operational workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency as the business grows.
Support product launches and innovations by coordinating cross-functional efforts and addressing operational challenges.
Required Experience
Experience in product operations, project management, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Background in accounting or previous experience working for an AccounTech
vendor is highly preferred.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM and project management tools is advantageous.
