Senior Business Development Manager – FX & Payments
Base Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE)
Hybrid - London 3 days a week
The Role: Senior BDM FX payments
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of an international payment scale up. You will focus on managing affiliate partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with direct clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in FX payments with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: Senior BDM FX payments
Manage and develop affiliate partners in the UK and Europe.
Strong business development background
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, focusing on small to medium-sized enterprises.
Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Compliance, Operations, and Marketing.
Conduct outreach through cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Inform prospective clients about product and service capabilities, and market developments.
Maintain performance against KPIs
Ideal Candidate Profile:Senior BDM FX payments
2-3 + years of experience in FX payments
Experience managing affiliate partnerships or business development.
Knowledge of sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and HubSpot is desirable.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days a week in the office.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Business Development or Partnership development background
