Position:Business Development Manager (Payments & FX Sales)
Location:Hybrid (London – 2-3 Days in the Office)
Salary:£50,000 - £60,000 + Uncapped Commission

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities in the payments and FX sector. This is a full 360 sales role, requiring a self-starter with a strong industry network and the ability to generate business quickly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payments and FX sales, a proven track record in business development, and excellent relationship management skills.
Business Development Manager (Payments & FX Sales) - Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within the payments and FX sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Leverage an existing network of industry contacts to bring in new business swiftly.
Develop tailored solutions for clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of payments and FX products and market trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the company’s ongoing growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management for new clients.
Stay up to date with industry developments and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Business Development Manager (Payments & FX Sales) - Skills and Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in payments and FX sales, with a strong ability to self-generate leads and close deals.
A solid network of industry contacts to accelerate business growth.
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with 2-3 days per week in the London office.
A strong understanding of payments and FX products, market trends, and customer needs.
