About Michael

With over 7 years of experience in recruitment, Michael has spent the majority of his career partnering with high-growth SaaS and technology-led businesses across the UK and international markets. As a Director at YourPrime, he leads the team supporting clients in the FinTech, RegTech and Payments sectors, while personally specialising in recruiting Product and Engineering talent into scaling software vendors operating in niche and emerging tech markets.

Michael focuses on hiring across both Product and Engineering functions – from Product Managers, Designers and CPOs through to Software Engineers, Engineering Managers and CTOs. He works closely with founders and leadership teams, typically in Seed to Series C businesses, to help them make strategic hires that shape product direction, strengthen technical delivery and build long-term capability.

In addition to hands-on recruitment delivery, Michael is responsible for managing and developing YourPrime’s internal team, refining the company’s commercial strategy and supporting its continued growth.

Outside of work, Michael is an avid (though admittedly not very good) golfer who enjoys keeping fit, but is equally happy spending time with friends and family over a few drinks at the pub.
