About Michael
Michael is a Director at YourPrime, leading end to end recruitment for high growth SaaS, AI, and technology led businesses across the UK and Europe. He specialises in partnering with early stage and scaling software vendors, typically from Pre Seed through to Series C and beyond, helping them build high performing Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
His core niche sits within the software ecosystem that supports modern professional services and services led organisations. This includes PSA platforms, project and work management tools, CRM for services, resource management and scheduling, billing, timekeeping and financial management, and a wide range of domain specific software across Legal Tech, Accounting Tech, Marketing and Agency Tech, AEC and Construction, and IT Services.
Michael focuses on markets where product, engineering, and commercial performance are tightly interconnected, and where success depends on an understanding of complex workflows, utilisation driven business models, and financial and operational nuance. This is where he adds the most value for both clients and candidates.
He recruits across senior Product and Engineering roles, including Product Managers through to CPOs, Product Designers and UX leaders, Software Engineers, Engineering Managers, Heads of Engineering, and CTOs. Alongside this, he supports clients with key GTM and commercial hires across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Partnerships.
Michael works closely with founders, CPOs, CTOs, CROs, and leadership teams, acting as a long term hiring partner rather than a transactional recruiter. His approach is focused on helping businesses make strategic hires that accelerate product delivery, strengthen technical capability, and drive sustainable commercial growth.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys keeping fit and playing golf, and values time spent with friends and family.
