We are working with a market leading software vendor with a focus on ERP software solutions. This company have been at the forefront of software and technology solutions for nearly 50 years. This business has over 1000 clients and are going through an exciting period of growth.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Software Consultant to join this fast-growing business. This responsibilities for this role are split into two. Dealing with ticket escalations and but also looking at core problems with the software – Validation checks to relay to the development team. This role is ideal for an experienced Support Consultant looking to possibly take a step into a development role in the future.
Support Consultant – Job Accountabilities
- Dealing with Software Technical issues.
- Resolving escalated support tickets from the 1st & 2nd
- Being able to communicate or transform technical issues into written or verbal communication/documentation.
- Software Validation/ Root Cause Analysis
- Low level software development.
Support Consultant – Experience Needed
- Strong background in application/software support.
- Strong experience dealing with SQL scripting and high-end technical fixes.
- Experience dealing with complex software issues/technical issues.
- Low level Javascript/Docker experience.
- Strong SQL Knowledge.
