Software Trainer & Implementation Specialist (Construction Accounting) Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted source of information on using construction cost software to transform project financial management.
  • Conduct online meetings with companies worldwide throughout the day.
  • Organize, control, and implement the training program for customers.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for managing daily project financials.

Software Trainer & Implementation Specialist (Construction Accounting) Qualifications:

  • Conduct software training remotely via Teams.
  • Prefer experience with accounting or integrations like Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage products.
  • Ideal experience working within construction or understanding construction accounting processes is ideal.
  • Previous experience Processing invoices, receipts, and expenses; perform basic bookkeeping.
  • Previous experience building relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Implement new software comfortably.
