Software Support Analyst – SAAS

Accounting & Tax software vendor


Package: £23,000 – £25,000 + benefits

Office: Surrey – Remote with the need to go into the office for a quarterly get together.

Hours: This role will be Monday – Friday 09:000 – 17:00 with no shift work.

  • Do you have 1/2+ years’ experience working in a 1st or 2nd line support role?
  • Do you have experience supporting software products?

We are working with an exciting software vendor who provide cloud software solutions with a focus on Accounting & Tax and Compliance. This growing software vendor have been around for 20 years now and are looking to add to their work family.

We are currently recruiting for a Software Support Analyst on behalf of our client. More about the role below:

Software Support Analyst – SAAS- Job Accountabilities

  • Supporting Accounting & Tax customers with any software issues they are facing.
  • Solve Software Support queries using the service desk.
  • Escalate any complex queries to 3rd line or supervisor support.
  • Provide top level customer service to everyone you would contact.
  • Supporting IT projects that cover upgrade and change programmes.

Software Support Analyst – SAAS- Experience Needed

  • 1/2 years’ experience of providing support in a similar role.
  • Experience of supporting software products.
  • Experience supporting MS SQL server or MS Access.
  • Working knowledge of Service Desk ticketing software.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills.
