Job Title: Regulatory Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated Regulatory Analyst to join our team. As a Regulatory Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that our finance and auditing software products comply with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with our product development team to identify potential regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Responsibilities:
Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements related to finance and auditing software
Conduct research on regulatory requirements and provide guidance to the product development team
Develop and implement strategies to ensure our products comply with regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet regulatory standards
Prepare and submit regulatory filings as required
Monitor regulatory developments and provide updates to the product development team
Participate in regulatory audits and inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field / ACA or ACCA qualification
2+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in the finance or auditing industry OR Finance or auditing experience using any of the following software: Sage, Caseware, Clearbooks, or similar software
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to finance and auditing software
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
