Product Manager – Company Profile:

Following the successful closure of an $80 million Series B funding round in 2022 and a period of rapid expansion, the company is now focused on leading a technology-driven transformation within its industry, aiming to become the premier all-in-one spend management suite for midsize and enterprise companies. They are seeking a new Product Manager for Integrations to join their team and contribute to achieving these ambitious goals.

Product Manager – Role Overview:

As a Product Manager for Integrations at the company, the individual is tasked with defining and delivering the roadmap for the integration platforms. The organization prioritizes product innovation, believing that a visionary, best-in-class product is essential for customer success. Developing a scalable and state-of-the-art integration platform that connects the company into globally operating ERP systems is vital for its ongoing growth.

Product Manager – Principal Duties:

  • Owns the entire product module experience, including creating the vision, setting strategic direction, and successfully delivering key product outcomes.
  • Partners with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to build solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Utilizes techniques such as prototyping, user research, and data analysis to make data-informed decisions, guiding future improvements and optimizations.
  • Participates in research and testing, engaging directly with customers to understand their pain points, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain deep insights into the industry and market segments.

Product Manager – Requirements:

  • Boasts over five years of experience with ERP integrations in dynamic settings. (Particularly Dynamics, SAP, Oracle)
  • Demonstrates a solid history of managing SaaS products successfully.
  • Skilled in analysing user behaviour and assessing the impact of experiments on business results.
  • Possesses robust analytical abilities.
  • Has foundational knowledge in accounting and technology.
  • Thrives on tackling complex problems and rapidly iterating solutions.
  • Exceptional at communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Adapts easily to tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered
