Junior Pre-Sales Consultant

Leading Supply Chain Technology Vendor (Global)

Reporting to: Head of Business Analysis

Package: £25,000 – £30,000 + £10,000 OTE & Car Allowance (£350 per month), Phone allowance, Private Healthcare

Location: UK (United Kingdom) Remote

– YourPrime is working with a leading Global Supply Chain Technology Vendor looking a Junior Pre-Sales Consultant to join their pre-sales team, initially focussing on our Voice, Vision, & Mobility business and clients, with the future intention to learn and work on WMS, AMR, and Simulation opportunities.

– This role is a trusted advisor for presenting and demonstrating Körber Supply Chain solutions to clients during the sales process and acts as the technical bridge supporting sales and prospects.

– This position will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of supply chain requirements analysis, business process consulting and by conducting in-depth product demonstrations.

– This role is responsible for reviewing proposals, providing on-site consulting and executing sales presentations to prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal resources
  • Understand prospect’s business priorities, technology landscape, and key stakeholders
  • Develop discovery documents that reflect the understanding of prospects’ priorities, landscape, and requirements
  • Demonstrate solution functionality and capability in the relation to prospect needs
  • Effectively describe and differentiate the companies role in the supply chain
  • Address technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team
  • Ability to configure demonstrations using provided tools and SQL syntax
  • Demonstrate the value of the companies offering, specific to each prospect’s unique business needs
  • Translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions
  • Field questions regarding associated applications which will interface with Körber Voice solutions and other systems impacting supply chain processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of host platforms and network communication technologies
  • Explain implementation requirements, timeframes, and change management
  • Complete the technical and functional requirements for RFP and help drive sales opportunities to successful completion
  • Work with Sales and Services team to create and build Professional Services Estimate
  • Facilitate internal and external transitions to ensure successful knowledge and relationship transfer
  • Create and finalize Documents like Presentation, Brochures and Whitepaper together with Marketing and Product Development
  • Prepare Demo and Presentations for Events like trade shows, web sessions and other workshops together with marketing and sales and conduct sessions on these events
  • Run Training (internal and external)
  • For an easy and lossless transfer form Sales to professional Services co-work with professional Services in Business Blueprint workshops

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, technical engineering, applied science, Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Sales and presentation skills
  • 30-40% travel required in EME Region
