The Customer Success Executive Role
As our Customer Success Executive, you’ll engage with our customers and work closely with the product team to provide feedback and experiences that are essential to the success of our product and the reputation of the company. You’ll have experience combined with a passion for customer relationships and be constantly learning, brimming with new ideas, and truly passionate about the power of building strong relationships and brand identity.
About you

We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service, customer success, product ownership, technical requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder management, excellent written and communication skills, an ability to influence customers, colleagues, and senior stakeholders, and the ability to manage your time and handle multiple deadlines and priorities. You must be a hands-on self-starter with a passion and drive to take on greater responsibility and grow your role. You must be confident in your abilities and be able to present and pitch your ideas to any audience.
