Key Responsibilities – Business Development Manager:
- Actively seeking new business opportunities through strategic outreach via LinkedIn, call, and email
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and strategies
- Carrying an individual sales quota and managing pipeline effectively – £240K P/A
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create campaigns and generate leads through a consultative process
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements – Business Development Manager:
- Proven track record as a Business Development Manager with experience in carrying an individual sales quota
- In-depth knowledge and experience selling ERP solutions, ideally across the Sage Product Suite
- Strong verbal, visual, and written communication skills with stakeholders
- Creative, upbeat, innovative, and have strong commercial acumen in terms of managing pipeline
- Keen interest in technology and passionate about it being used to deliver real business value
